Consultation

Book a consultation.
No obligation, no sales pitch.

A conversation about what you actually want your home to do — then an honest view of what that costs and what order to do it in. If the answer is "not yet", we'll tell you that.

Not sure what you need yet? That's the normal starting point. Tell us about the house and we'll take it from there.

( 01 )How it works
01

A conversation first

Twenty minutes on the phone or in our Alexandria showroom. What the house is, what frustrates you, what you want it to do.

02

A site visit if it's warranted

For anything beyond a single room we look at the building — switchboard, cabling routes, ceiling access. Guesses made from a floor plan cost money later.

03

A scoped proposal

Written scope, staged so you can start smaller and grow. Real numbers, not a range designed to win the job and change later.

( 02 )What to have ready

None of this is essential — we'll work it out either way — but it makes the first conversation far more useful.

Plans, if you have them
Floor plans, elevations or a recent survey. For a new build or renovation, whatever the architect has produced so far.
What already exists
Any current automation, security, audio or networking gear — brand and rough age is enough. If you have Control4 already, say so; the conversation is different.
The rooms that matter
Most projects have two or three spaces that carry the value. Knowing which they are shapes where the budget goes.
A budget range
Even a rough one. It isn't a negotiating position — it's the difference between a proposal you can act on and one you file away.
Your timeframe
Especially if there's a build programme, a lockup date, or a plasterer about to close the walls.
( 04 )Questions people ask first
Does the consultation cost anything?

No. The initial conversation and, where warranted, the first site visit are free. You are paying for design and installation, not for us to turn up.

We only want one room automated. Is that too small?

No, and it's often the right way to start. A single room done properly teaches you what you actually use — which makes the next stage a better decision.

Do we have to use Control4?

No. We're a Control4 dealer and disclose that upfront, but the platform follows the brief. If a simpler system suits the house and the budget, we'll say so.

Our house is finished. Is it too late?

No. Retrofit is a large part of what we do. It costs more than pre-wiring during construction and there are things that become impractical, but most of what people want is achievable in a completed home.

We already have Control4 from another dealer.

We regularly take over existing systems. Start with a readiness check — it tells us what you have and tells you where you stand.

Where do you work?

Sydney and greater NSW from our Alexandria base. If you're outside that, tell us where and we'll be straight about whether we're the right people.
