Lockwood High Security Electric Mortice Lock, 89mm Backset, PTO/PTL, 12-24V DC (SCEC)


For use in high security government, institutional and commercial projects. The 3579 Series Mortice Lock has been successfully SCEC approved for secure area applications.



  • Restricted handling type features of the lock (external hub fixed, internal hub released under fire/emergency release, reversible latch are accessible without removing the latch

  • 570 oval type cylinders and retaining pin can be used (cylinder must also be SCEC approved for secure area)

  • 2 x 1.2mm stainless steel plates fixed through lock provides increased strength to cylinder and latch areas of the lock

  • 12V / 24V DC

  • 500mA max, 80mA holding current @ 12V DC

  • 275mA max, 50mA holding current @ 24V DC
