How does the Price Match Policy Work?
If you would like to price match online, please send us a direct link of the product on the competitors’ website it is being advertised on and your order number. Please note we require notification of your price match request within 24 hours of placing an order with us.
Which Stores can be Price Matched?
Our price matching policy applies to all online and retail stores in Australia with pricing visible online.
Our policy excludes international stores.
This policy cannot be applied to products at the other company if they are:
- out of stock
- short dated
- on clearance or discontinued
- A part of a promotional offer e.g. buy one get one free
- cashback and coupon Offers
How Do I Place an Order?
Simply place an order online, if you don't want to provide your payment information, just choose Direct Deposit as the payment method.
Once your price match has been processed a new invoice reflecting the lower price will be issued.
